2- Can i use it after make-up?

Yes , you can.

Before make-up:atomizing is available in an area 5cm distance from the face

after make-up: atomizing is available in an area 10cm distance from the face

3- How to clean the water tank?

Dip the water tank for 30 minutes with diluted citric acid or white vinegar, pour out the cleaning fluid then clean with clear water dry in the air.

Make sure to clean the water tank once a month at least.
